This guide will provide you with the essential information to help you navigate the city and make the most of your trip, including transportation, accommodation, dining, entertainment options, and safety tips.

Staying Safe in Paris

Paris, like any other major city, has its share of crime, and it’s important to take precautions to stay safe. One common concern in Paris is pickpocketing, which is the act of stealing from someone’s pockets or bags without them noticing.

Pickpocketing is common in tourist areas such as the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Montmartre neighborhood. It’s important to be aware of your surroundings and keep your valuables secure, such as keeping your purse or bag closed and in front of you and your wallet in a front pocket.

It’s also a good idea to avoid carrying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry and to make copies of important documents such as your passport and ID.

Paris Weather

Paris weather in June is generally mild with temperatures ranging from lows in the mid-50s to highs in the mid-70s Fahrenheit (around 13 to 24 degrees Celsius). The city typically experiences sunny and warm weather during this month, with occasional rain showers.

June is one of the best months to visit Paris as the city is blooming and the days are long. The sun rises early and sets late, and many locals take advantage of the warm weather to spend time outside in the city’s many parks and gardens.
